WTB: Bass trombone Mouthpieces

Post by Mike Finn »

Looking for bass trombone mpcs, in the 26 - 28mm range. Bach 1.5 G and similar should be about right. Nothing too huge, it's for my George Roberts (I love this thing!) P22, and I really like the character of sound I can get with the medium sized pieces. Just like to try a bunch of them before I settle. Would be happy to trade, let me know what you've got.
Thanks in advance,
MF

A valid question! Mostly because:

You could call it "research" too, I suppose...
Rest assured, there will be a Mike Finn Bass Trombone Mouthpiece (or several) in the not too distant future! In the meantime, I'm still tweaking my 25.50mm line. I'll be adding a more bowl-shaped cup this summer, along with a slightly softer wide rim, and a medium (euphonim) shank.

The only extras I have are big, Schilke 60's. Call Lee Stofer. He used to have a whole case of them. Don't know whether he moved them or not.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.
