Just testing the waters...
I've over extended myself yet again with another old fixer-upper.
This horn was made in 1933 under the USA line name, but it is indeed a York.
It is a top action, 4valve, BBb tuba. It's silver plating is about 75%.
It will definitely need a valve job and a fair amount of cosmetic work.
BUT, it plays pretty well and there are no huge dents or patches.
For what it could become I think $2000. would make it a steal.
