Good Morning,

My last horn is up for sale. It is a Yamaha 641 BBb in very good condition. There are two small dents, one caused by a falling music stand. There is one medium sized dent that was incurred in shipping. It is on the main ferrule opposite of the valves. Some scratches and normal wear marks. This is an excellent example of this instrument, one that has been played professionally. It has been well received even though there was intial skepticism about it's make and it's key. It comes with a Reunion Blues gig bag that is practically brand new (one of the last from the original company), the hard case it came with (in excellent condition) and a Humes and Berg Practice Mute. Yamaha's are getting expensive. I am asking $3800 FIRM for this horn. Buyer pays for shipping and has a 2 week trial on the instrument. You pay, I hold the check, at the end of the trial period you either keep it and I cash your check or you ship it back at your expense. I will accept school Purchase Orders or money orders, no personal checks please. Picture available on request.

Bump. I will entertain serious offers. The horn is literally gathering dust and needs to be in the hands of someone who can make good use of it.

All Thanks to Wade.

I am serious when I say this is the best example of the instrument I have played. It has the straight linkage, a FAT low register, including a perfect low Ab (a very problem note on this model). If FD hadn't taken over my playing career making it impossible to play to any acceptable standard, I would have kept this horn because it has it all. Tempt me, seriously, I am open to serious(read ones that won't insult my professional intelligence) offers. This horn needs a home and someone who can appreciate it's ability. Thanks to all who have looked. This is a special instrument.

Last time I will bump this. I appreciate all who have looked and the kind words from Wade (Elephant) Rackley. I will now entertain offers on the instrument. It really does deserve to be played rather than collecting dust. Give me a shout. As a forewarning: I will not accept a "payment plan" approach to buying this horn. Once burned, twice shy. Absolutely out of the question. Happy Days.
