In a major metro area like Houston, you might check the local music stores first - call around. Supply is definitely not a problem with used BBb sousas.
There are always sousas on eBay also if no one comes forward with a horn in your area.
A local shop here in Tucson sells sousas on eBay periodically under the seller name metrognomemusic. I could check one out for you if you see one you like.
