Can't speak to the quality of the B&S, but I can say I've played some nice Hirsbrunners.....and some real dogs, too.
I've heard from some very good euph-playing friends that the Nirschl euph is the cat's meow, but its also in the same price range as the Hirsbrunner.
The new Besson Prestige is supposedly an improvement with the new valves, but again, not cheap.
I, personally own a fantastic Meinl 451 that I can say enough good things about. These horns had some intonation problems when they first came out, but that didn't seem to be the case when I picked out mine last year. I played it against 3 other 451's and 2 551's and this one just sizzled.
There's a nice used one that's been advertised on here for a bit that might be worth your while:

Can't speak to that particular horn, but would be worth looking into and seeing how it plays for you.
Good luck in your search!
