V.F.CERVENY 681 4/4 CC Tuba, 5 rotary valves, .787" bore, 15.75" bell, 36.22" high.

Condition is very good - there are a few dents in bottom bow as shown in the photos at the Photobucket link.
Price: $2795 including Altieri bag and hard case, plus shipping.
Probably can be properly packed within FedEx Ground size limit.
Instrument located in New York City.
