Hi guys,

This is a custom made mouthpiece that has the rim of an SM3 threaded to match the cup of a SM4 small shank. The rim is goldplated and the entire mouthpiece is in excellent condition. All of the threading and plating was done by Dave Houser, and his workmanship is first-class.

This mouthpiece is perfect for getting a large-bore compensating euphonium sound from a Yamaha 321. It also works well on the British baritone for someone who uses an SM3 or SM3.5 on euphonium and wants to keep the same feel when they play the smaller horn. It's probably one of the biggest small shank mouthpieces you'll find, and might also work for someone who wants a really big mouthpiece for a medium bore trombone.

I'm asking $95, shipping included. This price is a steal, considering that it took two standard mouthpieces and custom threading and plating to get the final product. And of course, it's probably the only small shank Wick SM3.5 ever made...

Thanks,

Sam Funkhouser
