The eyelets on 345's are tiny, and in my opinion just for show. Next time I have the torch handy, I'm removing the one on the back of the bell stack--it keeps punching me in the stomach. My 345 weighs about 28 pounds.

I have nearly worn through the left-side eyelet of far more robust dimension on a 14-pound Yamaha YFB-621, but then I did play it standing using a harness with metal clips for some many hundreds of outdoor standing gigs. I wouldn't trust the eyelets on the Holton for a minute.

Hope it sold and the seller got a great price for it.

The 345's were inconsistent in their production. They can be great horns and sounds like this is one of "the good ones."

I like my 345 just fine.
Regarding the strap loops, I agree with Rick. The strap loops on the back are not strong enough to carry the weight of the horn. If you compare, you'll find that the loop is the same ring diameter, thickness/thinness as the second valve pull ring.
