Mouthpieces For Sale

Post by ai698 »

Still need to clear out some mouthpieces that are just sitting around. Here's what I have:

Yamaha Bobo Solo Signature, with the gold plated rim, cup and backbore, great condition $100

PT 88, great condition $70

Hirsbrunner, Bruno Tilz 10, great condition $60

PT 64 gold plated, good condition $50

Please include $5.00 for shipping.

I'll trade all four for a Monette 94F in good condition.

How do these compare to the Conn Helleburg or the Bach 24AW ?
Those are the only two I've ever played, and mostly the Helleburg.
Playing on a 3/4 (7/8?) BBb horn.

The Hirsbrunner M10 is the older version of the PT88. Both have 33.5mm inner diameter, more bowl shaped that a Helleberg and has a rounder rim, but it's not as deep as a 24AW. The M10 plays more open than a PT88, IMHO.

The Bobo Solo is spoken for. I still have the PT88 and M10.
