Cause the horn sucks and I want to unload it off on some poor unsuspecting schmuck. I can buy another tuba with the money which is 3x better and will make you the runner up while I will win the job.

While I meant the above paragraph in jest. It is still curious why people ask this question so often when horns are sold.
