I'm selling this for a friend, her husband is in Iraq and does not need this tuba. It is like new, a few tiny pin-head sized dings and barely perceptible scratches, with very little actual playing time logged on it. I believe they bought it new about a year and a half ago. Seller's price is $5,000 firm. I will have it with me at TUSAB TEC this weekend if you'd like to try it out. Optional Unitec Flight case is an extra $200. (case is not for sale without tuba, sorry.) This is a fantastic tuba for a pro or college student or a serious amateur. Perfect size and sound for large ensemble playing. Silver plate, 4 pistons plus thumb rotor. I have not played CC since school, but this is one that would tempt me to switch back.
