This is a PT-10. The PT-9 would have six valves and the PT-8 would be a 3099 without the W (W=wide for larger bore 5th and 1st valve) This horn just doesn't have the American model number on it. Since the serial number is lacking a letter at the end the leadpipe is the normal PT-10 size. You can buy a smaller pipe from B&S that will fit this horn.
