WANTED: Conn Connstellation 25I 4-valve euphonium (front-action valves, upright bell). Any condition considered, but I’m really looking for something I can play without getting a ton of work done up front.

The link he posted is definitely not a Conn 25I. The 25I has a very distinctive "double" 4th valve wrap. It looks like the King 2268 to me. $475 seems like a very reasonable price for this.

That's right - you can easily ID the King 2268 (or 2266 with a directional bell) by the 4th valve tube that runs parellel to the top bow, just inside it. Some older Conns did that too, but not the Connstellations. The 4th valve on the 25i has 2 tight bends on the bottom in the back - and (here's the neat feature) they both pull. You can tune the 4th valve down to a low concert-E.

And of course, the 25i has the slide kicker on the front.
