BBb Conn Raincatcher at Dillon Music, Price Drop AGAIN!

Post by Frank Ortega »

1905 BBb Conn Grand Sousaphone
It's a fine example of an early sousaphone from the first 10 years of production.
Start your own collection or add to your current one!
How often do one of these rare instruments from the same year show up for sale.

Asking $1895.00 OBO.

This instrument is located at Dillon Music in Woodbridge, NJ.

Hi-
Many museums do have funds for purchasing instruments via Trusts, Patrons, etc. ---having sold items to museums, I know this for a fact.... just a FYI....

Thanks for the plug, Steve! A real pleasure having you over to check out my collection. Glad the 40K found a good home too!

Would you mind commenting on your impressions of this horn?

Back up for sale. Papa's got bills to pay!

I played this horn at tuba Christmas NYC this year and it played better than expected.
Pitch is not that much of an issue as is. And there's plenty of room in the slot to put it where you want it!

Price is negotiable, prefer not to ship, willing to drive a long distance to make the sale.
