the dillon line of mp's was quite popular for a while. i'm thinking they may no longer be making them. best i recall the g1b was an all around good f tuba mp with a bronze core for added mass without added bulk. put in an email to matt at dillons to see if there is a spec page anywhere...

I recently emailed Matt Walters about the Dillon mouthpieces. It appears that you can't access them from the navigation bar on the left of the Dillon website. However, if you use the website search, you can find the Dillon mouthpieces on the Dillon site.

so it could be a nice intro to a Geib cup. I wonder how it'd sound on a small Bb horn.
Bigger bore than many F/Eb horns but smaller than most Bb/C horns I've seen.
