looks suspiciously like the Marzan rotary valve set such as the one Dillon's has had for a while. even looks to have a top facing main slide...

No connection, Fred Marzan had tubas made with his name on them in the 60's and (I think) early 70's, these were made by Bhom and Meinl in Geretsrieg.
To add: Willson also made some of the horns. The bore of this horn is larger than the Marzan as well.
