For Sale: York 91 $3950

I've come to a point where it's time to go back to school, and I really can't afford to keep my York 91. It's in just as good of shape as it was whenever I got it. It dates back to 1913. It's a great horn. Plays very well, good intonation, and has the real York sound. I either want to trade for a do it all F or a CC BAT or sell the tuba outright and save for an F. I'm not hard to please so just shoot me a message if you have a horn you'd like to consider trading. Depending on the situation you might try throwing in cash with the F tuba. It just depends on the situation. Just shoot me a PM and we will work whatever out. The price to buy the tuba outright is $3950. I could throw in a mouthpiece that is Euro shank for a couple bucks extra.
Talking about the horn. This is an extremely rare horn in terms of a condition stand point. If you have the want for a true 6/4 BBb that has the true York sound you cannot go wrong here. I have some videos if you just need to hear how it sounds, but as most people know sound is what comes from the player most of the time. As I've said intonation is very good. All you have to do is point and play for the most part. As Bloke would say, "It has a good scale." Also all work was done by Lee Stofer.
Here are some videos of the horn: this first one is the first day I got the horn so forgive me if it doesn't sound great. First time playing BBb in several years: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nAN6s2goSek" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank
The second sound a lot better. Shows of the pure York sound. This is a remington scale study: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DZ7vpEgUik" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank
Some examples of horns that I would consider trading for are the following: MW2260RA, any MW2250, MW Kodiac, MW 46 Titan, MW45 SLP or SLZ, MW2182, PT18P, PT16, PTJBL, PT15, PT10 or PT10P, Miraphone Petruschka, Miraphone Firebird 5 or 6 valve version, Miraphone 181 5 or 6 valve version, Yamaha 822, 821, or 621. Also I would take a vintage PT10 or PT B&S Symphonie. When it comes to CCs just shoot me a line and I'll tell you yay or nay. Needs to be a 5/4 or larger. Also has to have five valves flat whole step. Those are some examples of what I'd take. If you have something spectacular that isn't on my list feel free to shoot me a PM or email.
Any questions please either shoot me a PM or email me at zacrilyrulz@gmail.com" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank
Thanks for looking,
Zac
