The serial number of this Boosey and Hawkes Globe Sovereign places the date of manufacture around 1975. I have owned this horn for 6 years and in that time used it for concerts a few times a year and occasional practice. It has not seen an acid wash since I have owned it; only warm soapy water and thorough warm water flush after complete disassembly.
There are no wear marks on the Silver Plate and only a few minor dings and blemishes which are so difficult to capture with the camera. I would much prefer to sell to a buyer who can personally inspect and play this fine Euphonium.

It comes with the original case which is in good condition and three large bore mouthpieces; A Silver Bach 2G, a plastic Kelly 51D, and a Gold Steven Mead SM4U Ultra.
I will be in the St. Pete/ Tampa Bay area till the first of the year and then Pensacola and would consider driving a reasonable distance to meet a buyer halfway. $3200/offer
