Any ideas what this is?

I would recognize it anywhere--that is the Conn I have been dreaming about since high school...

It looks just like my 1924 monster Eb, though the fourth valve on mine isn't factory.

Picking it up from the seller might be a little tricky...

New Wonder is correct, notice the large space between the bottom bow and the next inner branch.
What is the definition of adult fingering? Thanks Bob. You must have enjoyed the sound to remember such intimate details ? On the good side I can muscle my way in tune and maintain the glorious bass tones of yester-year. Doesn't even wear out my face. Just this morning I was practicing half-step lip slurs in the privilege tone range. An extra inch or two on third slide gives me the B, same on the first slide for Bb and A. If the horn was in Huntsville.....the vehicle is fueled.

I had a chat with the seller via ebay(I don't know her at all).

She said she is happy to ship to the USA. Not sure how much that would cost though.
