WTB: Bill Bell Vaughan Williams CD

Hello!
I am interested in purchasing the CD that was sold a few years ago of William Bell performing the RVW Tuba Concerto. To my knowledge, the old poster "Legendary Artists" used to sell it. It included the old program and historical information, as well as the actual CD.
I am looking to purchase in "new condition", and will pay for shipping to PA.
