For Sale: Hirsbrunner HB2P 4/4 CC tuba. 5 valves (4P+1RH). Silver is 98% with some wear and minor dings here and there but overall in excellent shape. Made in 2004. Middle to upper register is VERY even, probably the best I've ever played on one of these, the low range is easy blowing. Excellent intonation with standard tendencies. Very "zippy" sound and includes an Altieri bag (not pictured) and installed PVAK.

$9498 + shipping. I do have an MTS case to use with Greyhound but that's not included in the sale. Horn is located in Dallas, TX.

Bump for an excellent horn.

This is a tremendous tuba. I gave it up for a handmade Nirschl and a wardrobe of horsehair shirts, but have already thought briefly about buying it back. Not really going to do that, but whoever ends up with it will be very happy.
