I am selling my 6/4 CC by big mouth brass. It is a great 6/4 tuba and I really have had a hard time deciding to sell the instrument but I decided I would like to downsize to a large 4/4 or 5/4. I am not interested in trading the horn rather I would just prefer to sell it. I also will include an extended tuning slide and some extras for the horn. I am asking $5,000 for the tuba with a hard and soft case. Pictures can come upon request via email.

I have the BBb version of this horn and I have played the CC as well. Amazing horn and you won't find a better CC for the money. The low register is hammering on these tubas. Intonation isnt spot on but highly manageable. The problem notes on these horns are mainly the flat 5th partial (which can be remedied with slide pulls) and the sharp 3rd partial E and D respectively, use the 3rd valve by itself. The 2nd partial G and F respectively tend to be flat on the 4th valve so push in for those notes. Really amazing horn folks and the low end vibrates everything in the room.
