Wow, that bell changes the look. Is it only 20" or even less? The original 24" flare might have been a bit much, but the bottom bow is wide too.

The bell is approximately 20 inches. The Kanstul replacement bell was $1100 plus shipping. I have owned both the original and the Kanstul replacement bell. I think the Kanstul bell works a lot better than the original Conn upright bell.
