For sale - B & S PT-8 F tuba with gig bag and flight case

Beautiful B & S PT-8 F tuba for sale. Like new condition, with minimal scratches and one small, hardly noticeable ding toward the top of the bell. Hand selected from several of the same model from Custom Music Company in 2007. Played for less than a year, and it has been sitting untouched ever since. Recently professionally overhauled by Lee Stofer.
The instrument plays exceptionally well and rings like a bell. Solid intonation and low register. Excellent for solo playing as well as in chamber ensembles and as appropriate in the orchestra. When I purchased it I considered it to be B & S's attempt to revive the "Symphonie" model, but modernized. It's a compact, versatile, singing instrument. 420mm bell, height 97cm, bore 17,00-21,00mm, five rotary valves.
Comes with a custom leather Glenn Chronkhite gig bag (good condition), and custom Walt Johnson flight case (good condition, shows signs of wear, but no structural damage and still fully functional). I will also include a Bobo Solo mouthpiece (gold plated rim).
