Bloke,
That's exactly what I had done to my 621. Larger bell, fifth valve, new bottom bow, and other updates. I wish they'd offer it as a production model. It can be used for large ensembles, solos, quintet, etc....

I seem to think to myself that this would be that perfect small"ish" CC alternative for Eb in a quintet.

Has anyone on here played this horn? Would you be willing to comment on pitch, response, or differences from a stock 621? I like the differences between the YFB-621 and 821...

Tom, Could you elaborate on your horn? Are the parts from f tuba? The cost?
