SOLD: Hofmeir "Paul" Mouthpiece $90

Post by csherman »

Selling this mouthpiece that I no longer need.

Bought this mouthpiece at ITEC for my PT10 and I loved it! Took a break from playing, and when I came back I was back to my 7b. The Paul is a very comfortable mouthpiece to play (especially low, because it is a bit wider than standard F tuba mouthpieces) and gives me a fat consistent sound across the board, but I just happen to like the sound on my 7b more. I have a hunch that this would work well on an Eb too, but I have not tried that set-up.

Here are the dimensions from hornboerse.de:

Cup diameter: 32.0 mm
Rim: 7.3 mm
Throat bore: 8,85

It should also be noted that this is in silver finish. I'm not sure if they are available in gold, anyways.

These cost about $150US new based on what I found online, and it is in like-new condition aside from some insertion marks on the shank. Buyer pays shipping.

Thanks for looking!
