FS: GW Bayama MP and Gig Bag

Post by adsteve »

Giddings and Webster Bayama, American Shank, with pouch: $100+shipping OBO

Custom Messina Covers Purple Gig Bag: $200+shipping OBO

The mouthpiece is in great condition, I have not used it in over a year. It has some shank insertion markings, but no rim damage at all.

The gig bag was purchased a couple years ago for $250. I am not sure what horn it was custom made to fit, but I do know I used it for my Yamaha 822 and it fit quite well and I also used it for my Miraphone 1291. It was snug, but it fit quite well. It is in excellent condition and the cat fur will be vacuumed!

Located in the Chicago area.

What key were those tubas you carried in that bag? When I search online for dimensions, I find them available in more than one key. I'm looking for a bag for a Conn 5J, in case you happen to know whether your bag would be a good fit for that horn. The bell is 18". Not sure the exact length, but I could follow up with that dimension later if necessary.

Thanks.

The dimensions of the bag for a Conn 5J given at The Horn Guys' web site are 18" x 35". How close do those dimensions seem to match your bag?
