I am selling my yellow Brass PT8 circ. 1970's for $6500.00. Horn will come with a nice case and optional extra B&S bell with cranz. Horn was made in German Democratic Republic as inscribed on the bell. No dents, new linkages, and plays amazing with a great sound. Intonation is spot on so no alternate fingering needed. This horn is the closest thing to an Alex f tuba only a little bigger. The valve section is a graduated bore with 5 different sizes. These are very rare horns and I am only selling it as i have a 6v gold brass version I have been playing exclusively.

Work i have done,
New linkages and Springs.
Dent work done by Dan Schultz.
Custom large cerveny thumb ring.
Silver half dollars on the paddles.
All valves are smooth, fast and quiet.

Horn has been owned by Mike Mason and previously I owned it the first time prior to him. When I sold the horn to Mike about 10 years ago I asked him to give me first Dobbs if he were to sell it and I bought it back from him about 6 years ago.
