I'm putting my custom made 4/4 York CC up for sale. Horn was made by Tabor Fisher and this is an EXCELLENT, I say, EXCELLENT tuba. There are many recordings of me playing this on YouTube. I am not a professional, but it will give you a sense of the type of sound the horn produces. This is THE best CC I have ever owned, the only reason I am parting with it is because I can't afford to have three tubas right now.. I am open to offers. When it comes to selling I would like to start off at $6000. This is at the same level of craftsmanship as the Gnagey horns. Plays just as well if not better. Actually played it back to back. Played this, an Eastman, and the Gnagey and this horn was the best playing horn overall, so take it for what you will. If you're looking for a horn with a true York sound THIS is the tuba. Opening price is $6000, but will entertain other offers. If you have any questions feel free to ask me through PM or drop me a line. Either would be fine. Here are some photos of Zac's tuba. It is a nice playing tuba of the king 2341/monster Eb size. Looks different, with the bracing I used, but it it is basically a different take on a King and York conversion, and after the last round of modification, I thought it was really easy to play in tune.

Thanks for the added pictures, Tabor. This is a very special tuba and I really don't want to see it go, but to finance my new horn purchase this special tuba must go. I meant to add this to the body part of the original post. The horn's lead pipe and valve section are all detachable. That's why the bracing is how it is. Horn plays HUGE. If you listen to the recording I added of me playing with my ensemble you will hear that. Along with other recordings I have on YouTube. I've had some interest, but nothing concrete just yet. Feel free to make an offer.

Thanks,
Zac
