6/4 C tuba VMI Mel Culbertson Neptune. Four piston valves one rotary valve. Lacquer, old but in good condition with a wonderful tone (filled Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor. MI). Also includes a mute (but no assistant to put it in!), 4 mouth pieces, a soft-sided back pack style bag, a performer stand which can be adjusted for sitting or standing. From what I can tell, and as have been described to me, the horn is in very good condition with only a couple very small dents (as you would expect on a tuba that was used). For everything being offered, this is worth a trip to pick up if you are in the market for a horn of this size. I will post more information/pictures if/when it comes my way.
