FS/T: PT-6 w/ leather Cronkhite bag $9500

Postby LARSONTUBA » Wed May 24, 2017 10:08 pm

Hi all--

I'm selling my PT-6 tuba. It comes with a light-brown leather Cronkhite bag. The horn plays beautifully! I've used it with the Albany(NY) Symphony, Sage City Symphony, and several other performances in Louisiana, Ohio, and New York. There was a minor modification made to the lead-pipe before I purchased it. I can provide pictures to interested parties, as needed.

$9,500 for the horn and the bag; located in Albany, NY. I'm willing to drive a few hours for a prospective buyer; no shipping, sorry.

Also open to a trade for an Eastman EBC632S, plus cash.

If interested, please email me directly: larsontuba.dma AT gmail DOT com

Mine is rotary. I'm glad have this explicitly stated! Thanks for making me say it!

For what it is worth, my understanding of the nomenclature related to this horn is that "PT-6" designates rotary while PT-6P designates piston version.

If you're interested, email me directly. My address is in the original post.
