Gronitz PCK for sale PRICE DROP $11,500.

Postby Chris Pearlberg » Mon Jul 03, 2017 8:34 pm

Hello,

I am selling my Gronitz PCK 6/4 CC tuba for $11,500 USD, OBO.

It is an earlier, thin metal version. Raw brass finish, York style lead pipe angle for better ergonomics. PVAK installed. All slides move freely, custom receiver and custom lightweight finger buttons installed by Martin Wilk. Includes an Altieri bag. Very responsive tuba and also very lightweight compared to other tubas in this size range. The tuba is currently located about an hour north of Albany, NY and will be in Indiana starting August 13th.

Feel free to make me an offer. Please email for questions, thanks! chrispearlberg (at) gmail (dot) com

Excellent tuba! I've tried several PCKs, this one is outstanding because every register speaks very evenly - which makes the horn very nimble and easy to steer. It's also surprisingly light for a 6/4, and the angled leadpipe is a lot more comfortable / ergonomic than the normal ones.
