SOLD: Silver Kurath F $6000

I have decided to sell my Kurath F. This is the predecessor to the Wilson 3200XL and is pretty much the exact same horn but without the Rotax valve.

The silver is 100%, though there are some scratches and a decent dent in the bottom bow. I had the leadpipe raised because the valveset sat too high and caused pain in my shoulder and when doing so a weakspot snapped and the leadpipe had to be mended and reinforced. I had the spitvalve on the MTS replaced with a Saturn Waterkey which helped to even out the extremes of the horn. Because it does not have a Rotax valve, the low range does not get tubby as I have heard complained about the Wilson Fs.

Valves and slides all move and there are extra Amado water keys were added to many branches to aid in emptying any trapped water, but I've never had to use them.

The price is $6000 and it includes a brown leather Cronkhite gig bag that was purchased around February. Horn is located in Cleveland, OH and I would prefer not to ship, but can do so at buyers expense. Please PM or e-mail me with any questions and I will try to post pictures in the next few days.
