FS: Wessex CC (posting for seller)

For Sale is a Wessex "Mahler" 4/4 CC tuba. Seller is the family of a long-time student of mine. He has always taken excellent care of this horn. This was his first CC tuba and they're only selling because he recently purchased a new instrument. Here's more info from the seller:
Wessex 4/4 CC tuba modeled after the Miraphone 186. 5 Rotary valves, silver plated. Purchased new in December 2015 directly from Wessex. Repair made to 3rd slide ring attachment August 2017. Meyer Music in Kalamazoo, Michigan has done all repairs/adjustments/cleaning. Dent in lead pipe is getting repaired and horn has just been cleaned. Good starter horn for more serious tubist. Comes with original hard case and Wessex backpack. Hard case used once on plane trip to NYC. Tuba and cases have been in a non-smoking house only, but we do have a cat. Tuba new with hard case is now $3325.00. Gig bag sold separately for $135.00. Selling all 3 for $2800.00. Horn is located near Kalamazoo, Michigan.
