Hey guys, selling my King BBb 2341. I live in Central Virginia 24550 and will travel up to 240 miles. I really really do not want to ship the horn, so you will need to make all arrangements if you want it shipped. I take PayPal.

thanks for looking,

I am looking for a decent Euphonium / Baritone. Particularly a 50's era King.

That is somewhat complicated. Mark Finley helped me track it down somewhat, and I am appreciative for his assistance. If you just look up the serial number it comes up early '80's however that is not the case for the horn. It seems Conn has reset their serial numbers several times and the online chart is not accurate. to quote Mark "...you notice all serial number charts stop after 1985. why? Because in 1986 they went to a different system, and then in 2000 they changed systems again. The point is, you might be able to get King to help date the horn, but in the meantime, the best clues are the obvious ones, the short fixed bell, the removable leadpipe, and the oversized valve buttons. Those three things are proof the horn was built around or after 2004"

Again, thanks a ton to Mark and the great mentors here on the forum, they make this a wonderful place.
