Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*Bump for a price drop.
Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*These horns are no longer being produced. This info comes straight from the Wisemann factory. So, if you're holding off on this to try to pick up a new one... You'll be waiting a long time (like forever). A great price on a horn that plays just as well (some say even better) than the horn that it is based on.

Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*Not being produced at all? Crazy. I just thought that all their US distributers had dropped them.
Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*Looks like Tom still has them for sale at Mack Brass:

Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*
No, he doesn't.
Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*
Whether he is selling them or not, he is advertising that he still has them in stock and that they are still for sale. Until he pulls that page he is advertising that he is selling them, regardless of whatever information you may have heard, even from Tom, himself. The link posted by tcricket is still active, and it is linked to directly from his front page, as shown in my screen shot below. Further, on his main page is the comment about them just below that. Perhaps you should call Tom and point this out, since seemingly you are *certain* of your information... ![]() I have no comment at this time.
Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*I talked to Tom about a month ago. He made it clear that he is done with Wisemann. I can't tell you why his website isn't updated.
Re: Wisemann 900 CC tuba *Price drop*
Probably has not thought about it much. Oh, well. He is still advertising them, though. Perhaps he will read this and make the needed corrections. Personally, a little bird told me that Wisemann no longer makes musical instruments. They went the way of Dalyan and now make something else. Please keep in mind that this particular bird might be completely wrong, however. He has been in the past. (I need to befriend some different birds, I think, heh, heh...) I have no comment at this time.
