SOLD!

Post by cthompsonjr »

I have for sale a Conn 20K sousaphone. It has the naked lady engraving on the back of the bell. The serial number is 419XXX. The satin silver/bright silver finish is about 90% intact. The valve section was overhauled by Anderson Silver Plating a little over a year ago. It has a few dings, which is to be expected for a horn of this age. It comes with a Neotech bottom bow protector, silver neck and a set of satin silver bits. Asking $2500 OBO, which includes shipping in the US. Please PM for more pics.

I see from your post history that you had a sousy stolen from you and were looking for an old 20k (among others) as a replacement about 6 months ago. Is something wrong with this one?

Nothing is wrong with the sousaphone. My home heating furnace needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, I have to sell my sousaphone in order to do so. Family comes first!
