Not sure re exact dimensions. I do have a cheap (plastic) caliper and will try to get ballpark figures (at best) in the coming days.

Here are a couple pictures that also show the tuning slide jigger. As I mentioned, my cheap set of calipers are not the right tool for the job, but maybe this will give you a ballpark idea...
Small ID: ≥20mm
Large ID: ≥22mm
Space between: 110mm
