I found an old finger button in the case of a horn I bought a while back, and I'm not quite sure what it goes to. It's in good shape, no chips or cracks in the mother of pearl and the threads look fine. There's no corks or felts to go with it.

I've done a little research and found some tubas with similar-looking finger buttons, but this list may be incomplete. Please let me know if you can confirm or deny any of these, or if you know for certain what horn this might go to.

EDIT: It seems to be from an older King tuba, possibly the old-style 2340/41 and 1240/41, and maybe Olds and Reynolds sousaphones as well. Let me know if you need a replacement finger button for one of these horns!

EDIT 2: It also fits King Euphoniums! I tried it on a 2280 today and it fit like a charm.

Looks like a King button to me, like the ones on the old 2340/1.

Reminds me strongly of the finger buttons from my old Gnagey, which was a King 2341 valve section. 1980's, I believe.

Without question. It's a King. That style was used on many pre-1980 1240/41, 2340/41 tubas and also sousaphones.

That's what I've been hearing from one of the tuba-selling Facebook pages as well. I'll edit the post.
