Miraphone 187

Postby Schlepporello » Sat Jun 09, 2018 8:06 pm

I'm putting my Miraphone 187 up for sale. I've got to free up some real estate in my house and build up some cash to pay for another tuba.
It has a few small dings here and there and a few around the rim, nothing that detracts from the overall view though (you'll know they are there, but no one else will notice them). Being 6 ft. 7 and a half inches tall, I am prone to wrap my left arm around the bell when I play. This has resulted in a 2" area where my wristwatch has had it's way with the lacquer in this spot. Included with this horn is a Cronkite Gig Bag in dark blue with black trim. I will also include a stainless steel Kellyberg mouthpiece. This is a truly wonderful horn.
I'm asking $6000, will consider best offer.
This horn is located in the armpit of Texas. Amarillo, Texas.

The 187 is a great tuba and a good bargain at your price.

I always thought Phillips was the armpit of Texas.
