In like new condition. only a few, very small dings. Missing one of the thumb ring post screws. Purchased used a year and a half ago. I've really only played it a handful of times. I had my tech add amado water keys to the 3rd and 4th lower slides, and a saturn water key to the main slide. New, Yamaha valve springs, precision slide aliment. All slides move perfectly! Valves are smooth and quiet.
Terrific playing F tuba. Great low end. Upper register really sings. This horn does a really good job filling out the bottom of a quintet. Really, a do it all F tuba. I actually prefer this larger bell to the newer, smaller bells. Not much else to add as to what others have said about these horns. It is very consistent. Intonation is really good. its a very good example of these horns. Reason for selling? Looking to go in a different direction for my F tuba.
Hard case is stock BMB ,MTS style. Crack in the side, one of the latches is broken.
Horn is located in Buffalo, NY. Shipping is negotiable, based on your preference. No shipment for trials. Not interested in trades. PM or email with any questions.
