WANTED! Piston valve with casing/knuckles

Hello, I am currently working on a project tuba. It's a Conn 28J, this tuba is massive and has a 22 inch bell. The low range is amazing but I hate the "false tone fingerings" I would really like to add a 4th . I've been on Ebay and many other sites for months looking for a cheap tuba, the problem is all of the tubas I have found have really small bores. So I would like to find something that is around .740 inches or greater.
