SOLD – Evolution ST-9 (silver-plated) This is a copy of the PT-89. The rim is similar to that of the PT-84 yet the cup diameter is less than mouthpieces such as the PT-44, PT-48, PT-50 or PT-88. The mouthpiece is easy and comfortable to play, particularly for those who find the others too big. This mouthpiece produces a broad, dark sound with very strong center. Highly recommended for medium and large bore CC and BBb tubas.
SOLD – Giddings&Webster Caver (stainless steel) Designed as a counterpart to the Bayamo. Ideal for those who like a larger rim diameter, with and intense focused sound. With balanced upper overtones that will project to the back of the hall the Caver is a very good choice for tuba players who are searching for clarity without sacrificing a thick resonant tone. [Rim is 1.32 and the throat is .320 in diameter, medium deep funnel shape cup.]
SOLD – Canadian Brass Chuck Daellenbach (silver plated, older model)
SOLD – Sellmansberger Imperial (2-piece old style, stainless steel) A "compressed cone" cup, with intermediate depth, for large Eb tubas, quintet, and many other applications. When used with brighter 5/4 and 6/4 tubas, the Imperial will darken the sound and still leave a response of a medium-depth mouthpiece without sounding blatty. [Available with rims: Helleburg Large (attached to Solo #2 in pic) or HLB2 32.6 mm (attached to Imperial)]
$140 - PARKER-CJH CB M: CHRIS HALL ARTIST MODEL Designed for Chris Hall, principal tuba with the New York Metropolitan Opera, this mouthpiece is well-focused and colorful. The CJH cb M (contrabass medium) has a medium large cup, best suited for CC and BBb tubas playing in Orchestra and Band. Pictured with Helleburg American shank and C4 LA 32.3 mm rim (no longer available)

SOLD - I have a few extra double-mouthpiece pouches (Neotech) and Giddings and Webster single mouthpiece pouches.

SOLD - the one hundred - Essential Works for the Symphonic Tubist - not pictured

It's not flawless, but there are no knicks on the rim, and the shank is round.

Hello. What’s the condition of the Matanuska and the Tephra? Thanks

The shanks are both round, and scratching is minimal (tiny ones that would not be felt while playing, and would be difficult to photograph). I bought the Tephra new, and I've used it only 10-20 hours. I bought the Matanuska used 4-5 years ago, but it looks fine.
