I am selling by far one of the most consistent CC tubas I have played to date. The response of this horn is second to none. This horn plays with sound and projection much more like a 5/4 CC tuba, but with the ease of a 4/4 horn. The rotors are extremely light and easy to play. Most silver plating is fully intact. There is wear in the plating near the thumb ring as well as on the 5th valve slide.

A used Hirsbrunner HB2 5 valve CC tuba in silver plate. Features a .770" bore, 17.5" bell, and lightweight rotors for improved low-dynamic response. In good shape and plays well!

All slides move very freely, valves are extremely quiet, tuning is spot on!

The first valve is vented to improve the ease of tuning adjustments on the fly.

The instrument comes with an Altieri gig bag.
