Pre-Besson Boosey & Co. Silver Plate BBb Tuba

Really has a nice sound, plays well - good valves, all slides moving.
The body is really in remarkable shape; there are some small dents and dings, but nothing major; and there is no sign of any major dent removal or solder repair.
The original silver plate finish is about 80% to 90% intact, though there is tarnish. Most of the wear is on the back side of the horn. (The reflection of light in the photos gives the appearance of wear where there is none.) I am trying to attach some photos here (see note below).
Serial # 75622 (approximately 1908, and seems to be low pitched)
38 inches in length
15 inch diameter bell
The asking price is 1050.00
Location is the Northeastern US
I have not yet figured out how to post a photo here at tubenet, so while I am trying to do that, photos can be viewed at this external link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/264268519721" target="_blank" target="_blank
