These are great all-around CC tubas Kinda like a slightly smaller, piston version of the M-W 32.
You could call this the "Sam Pilafian model" tuba. I believe he was involved with the development of this model, and used it for much of the 1990s. This seller has a great price on it, and a hard case is included. Bump

I played on a 2145 for the past 4 years until mine was destroyed. I absolutely loved my 2145 and wish I had the money to buy another. The low range on these things are extremely responsive. Also this is a great price for one too.
