SOLD: M&M TU4500 5/4 5v CC Tuba (4p/1r) - $2000

Hey folks,
It's been a while since I've been on here. I'm about to move to NYC, and need to sell my horn to lighten the move. I'm selling an used M&M TU4500 5/4 5-valve CC tuba with 4 piston / 1 rotary. It comes with a Tuba Exchange gig bag (side opening), M&M hard foam case (zipper is broken), and an older gig bag from its previous owner (in fair condition, top loading). Pistons move well, and rotor works fine but could use just a bit of oil. I got the main tuning slide cut because it played quite flat when I first got it, but plays closer in tune now. 2-3 is a little flat, yet workable. It's quite a heavy horn, and plays as such. I cannot give you an analysis with how it performs solo or in an ensemble, since it's been forever since I've done those things, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring it to a band or orchestra rehearsal.
