I purchased this horn years ago from a high school in Raleigh, NC. It had been sitting in their instrument closet for decades. The serial number dates it to 1919 and I think it's in pretty good shape to be 100 years old! It is low pitched. I had some of the main tuning slide cut off of it but it could still use a little more. The valves still have pretty good compression and move freely. All the slides move as well. The bell is 20". I'm asking $400 and will not ship. I live in Hickory, NC and will be willing to meet halfway within reason. My email is phaymore at yahoo dot com if you prefer to communicate that way.
