FS or Trade: Dillon 399 F Tuba - $2,800

Purchased new from Dillon's after play testing a few they had in the shop that day. This is essentially still a brand new horn. It has no cosmetic blemishes of any kind. Good intonation, slides move well, and valves are surprisingly good.
Would be a great horn for a college student setting out to learn F tuba.
Horn is located in NYC - would prefer not to ship.
Would also consider trades - I'm looking to switch to an Eb
