PENDING Deal - FT/FS Conn 52J w/ York Bell + other mods

I will be upfront to start that this is something I am unsure of doing. Call it a potential mid life crisis/a slight boredom of having played the same horn for a long time. It is largely to test the waters and see what is out there. My preference would be for a trade, though if someone is motivated I will sell outright.
This was originally a Conn 52J that has had extensive modifications done to it.
The first of which is the York grand rapids bell, a Larger 5th valve = tubing, a partially re-wrapped 4th valve, mostly for aesthetic and better balance, a new leadpipe, and the valves were re-done by Anderson as the original action left something to be desired but are smooth and buttery now.
It is a great playing horn, with a wonderful sound. I have yet to have another tuba player not compliment its sound.
Has some typical quirks of the original model, but would definitely be considered an exceptional example of the Conn. Rocks in quintet and other chamber ensembles, perfectly at home as a solo instrument and can easily hold down the tuba part of a wind ensemble.
Price: $6500k (again, more motivated to try a trade at first, but willing to sell but only for the right price)
Trade: considering switching back to BBb, but would also consider similar 4/4 or 5/4 CC tubas as well. Piston is the preference, but not written in stone. A few horns I have ZERO interest in: king 2341's, Mira 186 or any clone, anything with a really tall bell to body ratio ( it's just a personal quirk). Otherwise would consider most other offers. So if you are curious, hit me up.
Horn is located in Northern NJ and I would be willing to drive a reasonable/equitable distance for someone serious
No desire to ship, unless it is for a serious sale and at buyers expense.
Comes with Altieri gig bag if needed.
